Well, my week of birthday-ness ended today...
Last week Thursday I brought cake to my internship to celebrate my birthday there (because on Fridays there's hardly anyone ever there except me)
Friday was my birthday & right past midnight on Thursday night my parents gave me my presents consisting of yummies & nom-noms to eat myself sick on for months to come Then Friday evening I had half my family over to celebrate it at home (the other half of my family lives further away, so they cannot come to every birthday).
Saturday I was called into town to receive a gift from a colleague that had been done with her internship the Monday before
Sunday I brought treats to the animal Shelter to celebrate with the volunteer co-workers.
Oh, right, Friday I needed to be off earlier to receive my visitors, and I got off early on the condition they could devote some attention to my birthday, as only one of the two bosses was there on the Thursday before... only Monday nothing actually happened
Tuesday I got the last card from family...
And today the attention was dedicated to my birthday at work at last, because we were together to say farewell to another colleague... though it was a bit of a joke... but there were cookies, that were no joke
And getting home my gift from my sweetheart Savvy was waiting there for me

All in all a very happy birthday if only because it's the first I spend with my *Captain-Savvy... and all the more because of the lovely wishes & songs of my dear dA friends Thank you all

Furthermore... I am guessing it hasn't slipped your attention that I have adopted a pet-rat brother Elvis a month ago yesterday:

Well, in the weekend I hope to get him started... I got fingerpaints and canvasses at the ready, already So keep your eyes peeled both here & on his account
